Back in the 70s, when social media was not developed yet, many were not aware of the book published by Zecharia Sitchin. Only those who were fond of reading books were given the idea about Nibiru, the planet beyond Neptune. He also authored other books suggesting the creation of Sumerian culture was of the Anunnaki, an extraterrestrial race from the planet Nibiru .
When Nancy Lieder created her website in 1995, it was only then when more people got the information about a planet Nibiru that appears every 3,600 years. The book entitled “The Twelfth Planet” was based on Sitchin’s own translation of the Sumerian cuneiform. Sitchin described Nibiru with bizarre orbit which could possibly collide with earth. The erratic movement of Nibiru could have been caused by its strong gravity that could distort the gravitational pull of each planet.
Nancy Lieder revealed that she was a contactee with aliens who wanted to warn mankind of a collision with earth by a huge planet in the early part of the 21st century. Further speculations commenced from the suggestions of Sitchin and the revelation of Lieder. Planet 9, the planet that was rejected from its orbit by planet Jupiter, was also speculated to collide with earth.
None of these would take place before Christ comes back. Without proper understanding of the scriptures, men will believe every news report even without evidences. Hence, the heavenly bodies will fall from space after the reign of Jesus then the end will come.
